What is the current warranty on your systems? 
QBC Diagnostics offers a 2-year limited warranty on the QBC STAR and the QBC Autoread Plus hematology systems.

The ParaLens Advance comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
 
Do you offer an extended warranty? 
QBC Diagnostics offers two additional annual service agreements beyond the initial warranty period on the STAR and the Autoread Plus.  Consult the Service page for the QBC STAR and the QBC Autoread Plus for more information.

There is no extended warranty currently available on the ParaLens Advance.
 
Can I purchase products directly? 
We currently do not sell directly, but you may purchase through a QBC authorized distributor.  For a list of distributors, please consult our Distributor Network.
 
How do I return a product? 
Please contact our technical support staff at (866) 265-1486 or qbcsupport@qbcdiag.com for a return goods authorization number.  The technical support staff will provide you with additional instructions.
 
What is your average lead time to ship a product? 
Most QBC products ship 3 to 5 business days after purchase.  Our hematology systems generally take approximately 10 days, as QBC personnel will come to your worksite to install the system and provide training.
