ParaWorld is QBC Diagnostics' line of fluorescence microscopy (FM) training resources and services.  These resources are available to all users interested in learning more about FM, including users of products such as the ParaLens Advance, F.A.S.T. Training Seminars 
ParaWorld training seminars are hands-on FM training courses, with concentrations in TB and Malaria detection, that are fully customizable for any organization's needs.  QBC FM Experts can travel to a site of your choosing, or host the course at our home site of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania.  The topics will include lab safety, specimen handling and processing, specimen preparation and staining, grading and reporting, and quality control.

Webinars 
ParaWorld webinars feature subjects from our in-person training seminars, made available to users online in a dynamic, interactive format.  These webinars are ideal for users exploring FM for the first time, as well as for experienced users seeking a refresher on specific topics.

Bench Aids 
Bench aids are a collection of supporting documents designed to assist technicians in performing review of diseases such as TB and Malaria.  These documents contain illustrated step-by-step instructions for performing review, as well as micrographs depicting the presence of disease-causing agents.

Atlases 
ParaWorld atlases are pictorial guides used in the detection of diseases such as TB and Malaria.  They include dozens of micrographs featuring disease-causing agents in an effort to allow users to recognize what they will be seeking when performing FM review.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 
ParaWorld FAQs are in-depth explorations of individual topics of interest in the fluorescence microscopy field, structured in an easy-to-read question and answer format.

Videos 
There are several ParaWorld training videos available for users.  These videos can be streamed online or ordered on disc in any format around the world.

Posters 
ParaWorld training posters on a variety of fluorescence microscopy subjects are available upon request.  Posters can be printed or supplied in digital format, as needed.
