From I-80E take exit 161, Bellefonte.  At the end of the ramp turn left onto Jacksonville Road.  Continue on Jacksonville Road which will turn into I-99.  Continue on I-99S approximately 25 miles to exit 61.  At the end of the ramp turn left onto North High Street and follow to the traffic light.  At the traffic light turn left onto route 220.  Follow route 220 approximately 1/2 mile.  Turn right onto Bradford Drive.
