QBC Diagnostics Announces Launch of QBC STARi Dry Hematology Analyzer for International Markets

Port Matilda, Pennsylvania, November 23, 2011 -  QBC Diagnostics is pleased to announce the release of the QBC STARi, a new dry hematology analyzer designed specifically for international markets.

The QBC STARi offers increased functionality and many innovative new features.  A complete blood count (CBC) is produced in minutes at the touch of a button, providing unrivaled speed and ease-of-use at the point of care.  Like all QBC hematology products, it uses a dry hematology approach to eliminate the need for liquid reagents and minimize the need for cleaning and maintenance.

The analyzer boasts universal connectivity, allowing access to any data network either wirelessly through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, or hardwired through an Ethernet line.  The system also can recall up to 1,000 previous results to ensure that users will always have access to data from previous tests.
